摘要
介绍主诊组在"一院两区"中的实施情况,通过比较分析法发现,开展主诊组后医院的工作量、工作效率、医疗质量、经济效益等运行指标较之前取得了较好成效,并结合医院自身特点总结出新的管理方法。
The paper introduced the implementation of attending group in one hospital two branches. According to the comparative analysis, it showed that the workload,efficiency and quality of care and economic effectiveness has been significantly improved after implementation of attending group. Combined with hospital characters, new management mode has been carried out.
