摘要 利用RT-PCR技术从葡萄中克隆到两个查耳酮合酶(CHS)的c DNA开放阅读框(ORF)序列,分别命名为Vv CHS1和Vv CHS3。其中,Vv CHS1序列长1 182 bp,编码393个氨基酸;Vv CHS3序列长1 170 bp,编码389个氨基酸。对两个CHS基因编码的氨基酸序列的分析表明,二者均具有CHS基因家族的保守结构域。多序列比对和系统发生分析结果表明,两个CHS基因与其他高等植物CHS基因具有较高的相似性,然而Vv CHS1和Vv CHS3在结构和功能上出现歧化。 Two chalcone synthase genes were cloned by using RT - PCR method from Vitis vinifera. The open reading frames (ORF) of two CHS cDNAs were named VvCHSI and VvCHS3 respectively. The sequence of VvCHS1 was 1 182 bp, encoding 393 amino acids and the sequence of VvCHS3 was 1 170 bp , encoding 3B9 amino acids. The results of amino acid sequence analysis showed that both CHS genes had a conservative domain structure of CHS gene family. Amino acids sequence alignment of VvCHSI, VvCHS3 with some selected higher plant CHS genes indicated that the VvCHS1 and VvCHS3 shared high sequence similarity with other plant CHS. However, the VvCHSI and VvCHS3 might divers from evolution and functions.
