摘要 以一株灰树花菌株发酵胞外多糖在鸡胚水平上进行了抗新城疫病毒作用研究。将新城疫病毒分别和灰树花发酵胞外多糖混合接种到9-11日龄鸡胚,继续孵化,记录鸡胚死亡时间并测定死亡鸡胚尿囊液血凝价。结果表明,与对照组相比,通过发酵制备的灰树花发酵胞外多糖对新城疫病毒有很好的抑制作用,减缓并降低了鸡胚的死亡,降低了血凝效价,对新城疫病毒有一定的杀灭作用。 In this experiment, a strain of Grifola frondosa fermentation of extraeellular polysaceharides was studied in the level of chicken embryo on anti Newcastle disease virus. Newcastle disease virus was mixed with the fermented Grifola frondosa polysaccharide and inoculation into 9-11 day old chick embryos, continued incubation, record the time of death and chick embryo allantoie fluid determination of blood coagulation. The results showed that the Grifola frondosa fermentation of extracellular polysaccharides which was produced by fermentation has certain inhibition on Newcastle disease virus, could lower the chick embryo death, reduce the titer of hemagglutination, and has killing effect on Newcastle disease virus.
