降低烟支密度和提高滤嘴吸阻在降焦中的应用 被引量:9

Application of Techniques for Decreasing Density of Tobacco Rod and Increasing Draw Resistance of Filter in Reduction of Tar Delivery

摘要 为降低卷烟焦油量 ,对卷烟密度和丝束单丝线密度与卷烟焦油量的关系进行了研究。通过优化制丝线关键工序的工艺加工参数 ,提高过程加工精度 ,稳定提高了烟丝的填充能力和耐加工性 ;对卷烟机风力送丝系统及后身进行改进 ,稳定和降低风速 ,减少风送及卷制过程中烟丝的造碎 ,降低了烟支密度 ;采用低线密度的丝束卷制高吸阻滤棒 ,在保持卷烟吸阻相对稳定的前提下 ,增大滤嘴吸阻占卷烟吸阻的比例 ,同时研究了烟支密度和滤嘴吸阻的变化对卷烟焦油量的影响。结果表明 :烟支密度每降低 1mg/cm3 ,卷烟焦油量平均可降低约 0 .1mg/支 ;滤嘴吸阻占卷烟吸阻的比例每提高 1% ,焦油量平均降低 0 .3mg/支左右。综合运用上述 2种稳定和降低卷烟焦油量的措施 ,使“群英会”牌系列产品的焦油量平均值下降了 1.1mg/支 ,焦油量稳定在设计值± 1mg/支以内。 In order to reduce the tar delivery of cigarette, the techniques for decreasing the density of tobacco rod and increasing the draw resistance of filter was studied. The results showed that 1) the tar delivery was reduced on an average of 0.1mg per cigarette when the density of tobacco rod was decreased by 1mg/cm\+3, 2) the tar delivery was reduced on an average of 0.3mg per cigarette when the ratio of draw resistance of filter tip to that of whole cigarette was increased by 1%, and 3) the tar delivery was reduced on an average of 1.1mg per cigarette by use of the both techniques.
