左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of severe bacterial keratitis and conjunctivitis

目的探讨左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎的临床效果。方法分析50例重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎患者的临床资料,采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液对其进行治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状评分情况。结果 50例患者治疗后疼痛、畏光、异物感、溃疡面积、分泌物、结膜充血、睫状充血、前房积脓症状评分均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎患者临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of severe bacterial keratitis and conjunctivitis. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with severe bacterial keratitis and conjunctivitis were analyzed. Levofloxacin eye drops were applied in their treatment. The clinical symptom scores were observed before and after treatment. Results The scores of pain, photophoby, foreign body sensation, ulcer area, secretion, conjunctival congestion, ciliary congestion, and hypopyon were all better after the treatment than those before it. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of levofioxacin eye drops has obvious improvement and good effect in the treatment of severe bacterial keratitis and conjunctivitis, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
