摘要
项目进度控制是项目管理的重要任务,用以实现项目按计划、按预算完成的现代项目管理的目标。为了监控项目进度和保证油田按期投产,惠州21—1油田开发工程项目控制组建立了一套有效的项目进度控制系统和合理的进度衡量标准,并以此为基础来审查承包商的进度衡量系统,编制项目进度报告,为项目管理人员提供可靠的决策依据。通过有效的项目进度控制,项目主要里程碑按计划正点到达,保证了油田按计划投产。本文将对这一控制的具体做法予以介绍。
Project progress control is a critical task in the fulfillment of the modern project management target accomplished with, schedules and budget. The project control group of HZ 21 - 1 Oil Field sets up an efficient project control system and a reasonable criteria of progress measurement to monitor and control the project progress and to guarantee the production to start up, which is based to review the contractors' measurement system, prepare project progress report, and provide reliable factor of decision-making for the project control managers. The main project milestones are reached on time so as to guarantee the oil field to start up with schedule by means of the efficient project progress control.
The specific procedure of the control is described in this paper.
