青银汤解热、镇痛作用的实验研究

Analgesia and anti-febrile effects of Qingyin Tang

目的:研究青银汤的解热、镇痛作用。方法:通过干酵母所致大鼠发热实验观察其解热作用,通过热板法和醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果:解热实验显示,青银汤中、高剂量组能显著抑制酵母诱导大鼠致热反应;镇痛实验显示,青银汤中、高剂量组能提高小鼠的痛阈值,有效地减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数。结论:青银汤具有良好解热、镇痛作用。

Objective：To observe the analgesia and anti-febrile effects of Qingyin Tang.Metheods：Fever rats model was induced by dry yeast.The pain models were established by acetic acid and hot plate in mice.Results：The drug could significantly lower the high temperature of fever model in mice,reduce the times of mice’s writhing response and increase the threshold value of pain.Conclusion：Qingyin Tang has anti-inflammatory and anti-febric effects.
