摘要
目的:研究青银汤的解热、镇痛作用。方法:通过干酵母所致大鼠发热实验观察其解热作用,通过热板法和醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果:解热实验显示,青银汤中、高剂量组能显著抑制酵母诱导大鼠致热反应;镇痛实验显示,青银汤中、高剂量组能提高小鼠的痛阈值,有效地减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数。结论:青银汤具有良好解热、镇痛作用。
Objective:To observe the analgesia and anti-febrile effects of Qingyin Tang.Metheods:Fever rats model was induced by dry yeast.The pain models were established by acetic acid and hot plate in mice.Results:The drug could significantly lower the high temperature of fever model in mice,reduce the times of mice’s writhing response and increase the threshold value of pain.Conclusion:Qingyin Tang has anti-inflammatory and anti-febric effects.
