基于调度安全防误的智能操作票研究与分析

摘要 为提高智能操作票在电力系统流转的安全性和可靠性,又鉴于调度一职作为目前操作票正式流转的发起方,为保障智能操作票顺畅实施,本文就调度安全防误的角度,在调度内部工作流转和调度外部与监控交互两个层面的安全防误展开分析。同时,在以上两个层面上重点论述网络拓扑分析、倒闸和线路操作、调控间信息交互,进而完善和加强智能操作票基于调度的安全防误手段。 In order to improve the security, reliability and fluency of the intelligent operation ticket in the power system, and as the initiator of this ticket for the dispatch, this paper focuses on the security and the error prevention in the internal dispatch work flow and external interaction between the dispatch and the monitor. Meanwhile, the emphasis contains network topology, switching and line operations, information exchange between the dispatch and the monitor, which is used to improve and strengthen the method of the dispatch's security and error prevention in the intelligent operation ticket.
