摘要
目前,我国的施工项目成本风险管理意识和管理水平尚不发达,本文结合我国的项目管理现状,从业主方的角度,对施工项目的成本风险管理进行了研究。
At present, the construction project cost risk management awareness and management level in China is not yet developed. Based on the present situation of project management in China, this article studies the cost risk management of construction projects from the perspective of the owner.
