文章首先分析了第三次工业革命对军工企业带来的三方面影响,及与现行价格定价制度存在哪些方面冲突,然后引入定价新理念促进技术革新,以使军工企业具有提高质量、降低成本的动力,使军队获得技术先进、性能优异、价格合理的装备。
The article first analyzes the influence of third industrial revolution on the three aspects of military enterprise, and which aspects conflict with current pricing system, then introduces the new idea of pricing to promote technological innovation, so that the military industrial enterprises have the power to improve quality and reduce the cost, while the army obtain advanced technology, excellent performance and reasonable price equipment.
