摘要 体验式拓展训练是培训者在参与解决问题过程中心理上受到启发来挖掘自己潜能,拓展训练已成为现代企业对员工进行培训的一种常见形式,在昆明地区公司"十二五"期间通过拓展培训来提高新进青年员工的基本素质为更高效融入企业队伍尽早体现出价值力量而努力,并且也间接提高生产率促进生产发展和科技进步;加强对新员工的拓展培训工作是企业发展的必然要求也是适应社会主义市场经济下企业改革和创新的迫切需求。 The experiential outward bound refers to that the trainers are inspired in psychology to explore their own potential in the process of solving problem. The outward bound has become a common form of modem enterprises for staff training. In Kunming, during the "Twelfth Five-Year" period, the enterprises carry out outward bound to improve the basic quality of new young employees, incorporate them into the enterprise team efficiently and reflect their value, and also indirectly increase productivity and facilitate the development of production and technological progress. It is the necessary requirement for the enterprise development and the urgent needs for the enterprise reform and innovation under socialist market economy to strenghen the outward bound of new emplovees.
