本文介绍了视频资料在《食品加工机械与设备》课程教学中的运用,并分析了视频资料在教学过程中的积极作用及出现的问题。
This paper introduces the application of video information in the teaching of Food Processing Machinery and Equipment and analyzes the active role and problems of video information in the teaching process.
