摘要
2014年9月,国务院印发《物流业发展中长期规划(2014-2020年)》明确要"着力完善物流学科体系和专业人才培养体系,以提高实践能力为重点,按照现代职业教育体系建设要求,探索形成高等学校、中等职业学校与有关部门、科研院所、行业协会和企业联合培养人才的新模式"。在此背景下,以青岛工学院物流管理专业为例,探索校企合作人才培养模式创新,以期实现校企"双赢"。
In 2014 September, the State Council issued the ＂Logistics Industry Development Planning （2014-2020 years）＂ clear ＂to eflbrts to improve thelogistics system and professional personnel training system, taking the improvement thepractical ability as focus, in accordance with the requirements of system construction of modern occupation education, to explore new mode of talent cultivation in higher school to form the joint, medium occupation school related departments, research institutes, industry associations and enterprises＂. Under this background, taking Qingdao Institute of logisticsmanagement specialty as an example, this paper explores the innovation of the mode of school enterprise cooperation in personnel training, in order to achieve ＂win-win＂.
