摘要
本文从高职教育的常见模式分析出发,讨论了当代学生特点与各种教学模式之间的欠匹配问题,以思考与实践的结果提出了应用型技能人才培养应有的流程和可取的变化,希望能对相关教学工作有所启迪。
This paper analyzes the common patterns of vocational education, discusses the matching issues between the characteristics of students and a variety of teaching modes, and proposes the process and desirable change of applied skilled personnel training based on the thinking and practice results, hoping to inspire the relevant teaching.
