双导师教学模式下学生任务目标实现研究——以临床医学专业本科生为例

The Task and Objective Study on Students under the Dual Tutorial System Teaching Mode:Taking the Example of Professional Medical Undergraduates

本研究通过对云南省高等医学院校临床医学专业本科生和教师进行一系列问卷调查和访谈,明确了学生在不同阶段所面临的问题和需要完成的学习任务和目标。在对双导师制教学体系分析、研究的基础上,提出在双导师制教学模式下学生每个阶段任务目标实现的具体内容。

Through a series of questionnaires and interviews to clinical medicine undergraduates and teachers of the higher medical colleges and universities in Yunnan province, the research cleared about the problems, objectives and tasks of students at different phases. On the basis of analysis and study on the double tutorial teaching system, the research proposed the specific content of tasks and goals at each stage under the double tutorial system teaching mode.
