化工企业的工作环境关系着企业的发展。化工企业应通过对员工的安全环保培训,提高员工的安全环保意识,规避风险。本文针对现阶段健康安全环保教育培训中出现的问题,探索更为有效的培训方式,提高员工安全环保职业健康意识和安全环保职业健康技能,以求最大限度的杜绝事故的发生,促进企业持续健康发展。

The work environment of chemical enterprises is related to the development of enterprises. Chemical enterprises should train safety environmental protection of the staffs to improve the consciousness of safety environment protection of the staffs and avoid risks. Aimed at the problems in the educational training of healthy safety environmental protection at present, this paper explores more effective training ways of improving the occupational health consciousness and the occupational health skills of safety environmental protection of the staffs to furthest prevent accidents and promote the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.
