摘要
[目的]评价4种农药在黄瓜中使用后的生态环境安全性。[方法]建立了气相色谱法同时分析和检测黄瓜中稻瘟酰胺、己唑醇、螺螨酯和苯醚甲环唑残留量的方法。[结果]在0.02~1.00 mg/L浓度范围内,检测稻瘟酰胺、己唑醇、螺螨酯和苯醚甲环唑的色谱峰面积与其质量浓度成良好的线性关系。在添加水平为0.05、0.50、1.00 mg/kg时,四者的添加回收率在71.1%~106.5%,相对标准偏差为0.1%~6.6%。4种农药的仪器最小检出量为0.001 25~0.010 00 ng,方法定量限为0.05 mg/kg。[结论]该方法前处理方法简单、准确、快速,符合农药残留分析要求。
[ Objective ] The aim was to evaluate ecological environmental safety of four kinds of pesticides used in cucumber. [ Method ] A gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous analysis and detection of Fenoxanil, Hexaconazole, Spirodiclofen and Difenoconazole in cucum- ber was established. [Result] In the range of O. 02- 1. O0 mg/L, detection of Fenoxanil, Hexaconazole, Spirodiclofen and Difenoconazole chromatographic peak area and concentration showed a good linear relationship. In addition levels of O. 05, O. 50 and 1.00 mg/kg, the recov- eries were between 71.1% and 106.5% , and the relative standard deviations were between O. 1% and 6.6%. Instrument the minimum detectable amount of four kinds of pesticides were between 0.001 25 and 0.010 00 ng, and the quantitative limit was 0.05 mg/kg. [ Conclusion ] The method is simple, fast and accurate, and can satisfy the pesticide residue analysis demands.
