就地城镇化背景下回流农民工创业研究——以山西省为例

Entrepreneurship of Homecoming Migrant Workers under Background of in situ Urbanization —Taking Shanxi Province as an Example

结合山西省部分县农民工返乡创业原因、创业形式,分析在创业过程中得到的技术、政府及社会的支持。农民工返乡创业给当地劳动力提供就业机会;加速农业发展方式转化;为新农村建设提供高素质人才,加快就地城镇化的实现。

According to migrant workers returning reasons and entrepreneurial forms in parts of Shanxi Province, the support from technical, local government and society during the entrepreneurial process were analyzed. Migrant workers returning home for business can provide employment opportunities to the local workforce, what＇s more, accelerating the transformation of agricultural development. At the least, providing highly qualified personnel for the new rural construction, speeding up implementation of in situ urbanization.
