老年失地农民社区满意度影响因素调查与对策

Survey on the Influential Factors of Community Satisfaction of the Landless Elders and Countermeasures

为探讨老年失地农民社区满意度的现状与影响因素,自行编制"城镇化进程中老年失地农民社区满意度问卷",对安徽省合肥市某县的430名老年失地农民进行入户调查。结果表明,老年失地农民的社区满意度的总体分值为4.339;社区人际关系、居住方式、社区治安、社区环境卫生与社区医疗服务均对老年失地农民的社区满意度有显著性影响(P<0.05)。老年失地农民的社区满意度总体水平没有达到较满意水平,其影响因素复杂,应从多方面提升老年失地农民的社区满意度。

To analyze the influential factors of community satisfaction of the landless elders, investigations were carried out among 430 landless elders by compiling questionnaire of community satisfaction of the landless elders in urbanization process. Regression analysis showed that the general score of community satisfaction degree is 4. 339; life adaptation, living environment, community relations, living mode, community security, community sanitation, community health service are influential factors （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Community satisfaction of the landless eiders is low level and influenced by complex factors.
