摘要
高精度实时时钟芯片/模块作为智能电表中重要的功能模块,近年成为智能电表领域中的研究热门。其具有低功耗、高计时精度的特点,是智能电表中伴随整个电表寿命的模块。围绕智能电表领域近年来对实时时钟性能和技术的研究,对实时时钟技术进行分析,主要包含晶体封装在芯片内部、晶体作为芯片外部分立元器件、无晶体实时时钟等方面。
High accuracy Real-Time Clock (RTC) chip or module is the important part of the smart-meter.In recent years,real-time clock has been the most popular research area because of its low power and high timing accuracy features and it must work well during all a smart-meter life time.This paper describes about the researches of real-time clock realization technologies in the past years,mainly including real-time clocks who has crystal embedded,crystal standalone on the board and without crystal.
