益气消囊汤治疗卵巢囊肿疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Ovarian Cyst Treated by Yiqi Xiaonang Decoction

目的:观察益气消囊汤治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法:60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,治疗组用益气消囊汤治疗,治疗3个月。结果:总有效率治疗组93.33%、对照组80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组卵巢囊肿瘤体明显缩小,治疗组缩小程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组全血还原黏度、纤维蛋白质、血沉下降程度明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组FSH、LH升高程度,P和E2下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气消囊汤治疗卵巢囊肿效果显著,可缩小囊肿体积。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on ovarian cyst treated by Yiqi Xiaonang Decoction. Method： 60 Cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule while the study group were treated with Yiqi Xiaonang Decoction. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33% while that of the control group was 80.00%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . After the treatment, the tumor body of ovarian cysts reduced obviously of both groups, but the reduction degree of the study group was bigger than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The decreased degree of whole blood reduction viscosity, the celloprotein and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ ESR ） of the study group was bigger than that of the control group （ P〈0.01 ） . The elevated degree of FSH and LH and the decreased degree of P and E2 of the study group of the study group was bigger than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Yiqi Xiaonang Decoction has good effect on ovarian cyst and it could reduce cyst volumn.
