Research on Strengthening Cooperation with International Financial Organizations in Hebei Province

新形势下河北省与国际金融组织具有拓展合作的空间,如知识合作、民营经济发展,新的资金合作渠道等。为此,深化与国际金融组织合作的路径主要为:注重合作,提升服务水平;加强管理,提高项目质量;立足实际,创新资金合作模式;与时俱进,争取世行新的贷款品种;提升素质,打造涉外队伍。

The loans, which are used by Hebei province from international financial organizations, play role of inviting investment, talent, and technology, and it shows characteristic of continual scale expansion and industry distribution tends to centralization, at the same time, we face more problems, for example, the binding force for total loans and direction of international financial organizations is increasing, relevant departments＇ understanding and the supervision of funds still need to strengthen. In the new situation, there have space to expand cooperation between Hebei province and the international financial organizations, such as the development of the private economy, knowledge cooperation, new channels of funding cooperation, and so on. Therefore, deepening the paths of cooperation with international financial organizations mainly are：focus on cooperation, improve service levels; strengthen management, improve project quality; based on reality, innovative fund cooperation model; keep pace with the times, strive for the World Bank＇s new loan varieties; improve the quality to create a foreign team.
