A Stable Triangle and the Order of Rules:A Framework of Economic Governance for Multinational Corporations' Influences on the Economic Security

经济安全是全球化进程中受到广泛关注的话题,而跨国公司又使这一问题变得更加复杂。基于自主性、均衡性和可持续性的相互关系试建构理解经济安全的解释性框架,以阐释跨国公司影响经济安全的内在机制。通过分析认为,开放经济和全球化是规则体系建构的过程,只有通过以规则为导向的、多元主体共同参与和合作性竞争的经济治理才是有效维护经济安全的基本途径。

The economic security is a wide concerned theme in the process of globalization, and it becomes more complicated because of multinational corporations. Based on independence, equilibrium and sustainability in economic developments, this article provides an explanatory framework for the economic security and illuminates those internal mechanisms of multinational corporations＇ influences on the economic security. This article argues that opening economy and globalization depend on the process of rules formation, the fundamental path to improve the economic security is embedded in the economic governance with characteristics of rules-oriented, joint participations of multiple bodies and cooperative competitions.
