摘要
国有企业是我国社会主义市场经济中最重要的经济主体,拥有更广泛的社会影响力和更多的利益相关者。特殊的性质、历史使命和社会地位,决定了其经营目标及宗旨既不同于西方国有企业,也不同于我国其他所有制类型的企业。探索我国国有企业的社会责任管理体系,须结合中国国情,从宏观、微观及企业内部组织三个角度来考察,从而科学界定国有企业社会责任,构建政府—企业—社会三位一体联动的企业履行社会责任长效机制。
The state-owned enterprises are the most important economic subjects in Chinese socialist market economy, with more extensive social influence and more stakeholders. Special character, historical mission and social status determine their business objectives and purpose is different from the western state-owned enterprise, also other kinds of ownership enterprises in China. To exploration the social responsibility management system of the state-owned enterprise of our country must be combined with national conditions from three angles of macroscopic, microcosmic and enterprise internal organization, thus scientifically define social responsibility of state-owned enterprises and construct the long-term mechanism for the enterprises carrying out social responsibility with the trinity linkage of government, enterprise and society.
