摘要
QAR系统是记录飞机运行参数,协助飞机系统故障诊断的重要工具。本文对实际排故中的经验和方法进行总结,重点研究利用QAR数据对飞机发动机常见故障进行排故的方法,并提出了利用QAR数据排故时机务管理部门和机务工程师的注意事项。实践表明:利用好QAR数据,可提高飞机发动机排故效率。
QAR system is an important tool for recording aircraft operating parameters and assisting fault diagnosis of aircraft system. In this paper, the practical experiences and methods of trouble-shooting are summarized. The research focuses on how to use the QAR data to troubleshoot common aeroengine fault. Some precautions are proposed to maintenance department and engineers when troubleshooting with the help of QAR data. Practice shows that making good use of QAR data can improve the efficiency of aeroengine troubleshooting.
