审视与思考:中国男子网球现性问题及对策

Review And Thinking:The Current Problem and Countermeasure of China's Men's Tennis

运用文献资料法和临场观摩等方法,了解并分析我国男子网球的发展历程和现状。进而发现我国男子网球运动员力量素质偏低、教练员队伍参差不齐、政策导向致使经费投入过少、运动员培育体系已经不能完全适应网球竞技人才培养等方面的问题是制约我国男子网球发展的原因。结合国外男子网球成功的案例,做出相应的对策分析,旨在为提高我国男子网球竞技水平提供理论参考。

Through using the method of literature review and on -the -spot view,this paper analyzes the development course and current situation of our men＇s tennis,finds out that China＇s men＇s tennis athletes force quality is low, uneven of the coach team,the policy guidance that spending too little,athletes training system has not fully meet the aspects of tennis athletic talents restraints on the development of China＇s men＇s tennis.Combining with the men＇s tennis success of foreign cases,the author makes corresponding countermeasure analysis,aimed at to provide the theoretical reference to improve the level of China＇s men＇s tennis competition.
