摘要
研究了在常压下用两段逆流浸出工艺浸出某国外进口菱锰矿石,考察了酸矿质量比、浸出温度、浸出时间以及磨矿细度对一段浸出锰浸出率的影响。结果表明,一段浸出最佳条件为矿石细度-0.124 mm(-120目),浸出温度60℃,酸矿质量比为0.7,浸出时间4 h,最佳条件下做两段逆流浸出综合试验,锰总浸出率可达到98.33%,浸出渣锰含量为1.49%。
This article made a research of atmospheric press with two segments upstream to dip out process imports dialogite, including investigation of acid ore' s ratio to quality, temperature, time and fine degrees of milling to dip out Mn in a rate of effects. Results show that the period of optimum conditions of leaching ore fineness is -0. 124 mm( - 120), the leaching temperature is 60℃, acid mine mass ratio is 0.7, dipping time of is 4 h under the best conditions to finish two countercurrent leaching test. Total manganese leaching rate can reach 98.33%, leaching residue of manganese content of 1.49%.
