摘要
无线技术已经给人们的日常生活带来了很多便利,逐渐改变着人们的生活习惯和生产控制理念,无线技术对工业自动化技术的发展也将产生越来越大的影响。基于Zig Bee技术研制多通道通用无线传输模块,实现了气动系统无线组网的信号传输和时序控制;研制两种利用气缸排气,为无线元件供电的微型发电装置;应用无线压力传感器组网,在线监测气动管网压力,结合小波提升算法进行气动泄漏定位检测。对当前主流无线技术在传输距离、传输速率、组网能力、功耗和响应时间等关键参数作了对比分析,为气动技术生产实时监测控制,以无线传感器和无线控制器的产品形态组成无线网络的研究提供了参考。
Wireless technology has brought a lot of convenience in daily life,gradually changed people's habits and industrial control concepts.Wireless technology has an increasing impact on the development of industrial automation technology.This paper presents the research of wireless sensors for pneumatic technology applications and wireless online leakage detection,the key issues of wireless technology in pneumatic technology industry,such as reliability,real-time response,and networks capability and so on.The important parameters of transmission distance,transmission rate,networking capability,power and point-to-point communication average response time are compared for the current wireless technology,including Bluetooth,nRF,ZigBee,WLAN,which is useful for the wireless networks with a wide variety of reliable wireless sensors and controller used in real-time control for pneumatic technology.
