摘要
针对一种双层肉牛运输车垂直升降尾板进行设计研究。提出了双层肉牛运输车垂直升降尾板的技术方案,并进行结构优化和液压系统设计。应用AMESim软件对双层肉牛运输车垂直升降尾板液压系统进行建模和仿真,分析了系统液压缸位移曲线,结果证明所建液压系统模型技术合理,给设计和生产提供了技术依据。
In this paper,a design for a kind of bunk beef cattle trailer vertical lifting and falling tailboards is given.A vertical lifting and falling tailboards of bunk beef cattle trailer technology program,and structural optimization and hydraulic system design are presented.Using the software AMESim,we model and simulate the vertical lifting and falling tailboards beef cattle trailer,and analyze the system hydraulic cylinder displacement curve.The results show that the technology of hydraulic system model is reasonable.
