摘要
设计了一种新型两级伺服油缸,其每一级分别由1个伺服阀单独控制,各自构成1个闭环控制系统。利用AMESim液压元件设计库和机械库中的元件,采用单级油缸级联方法构建了两级伺服油缸模型。以两级伺服油缸驱动的某风洞迎角机构为例,利用AMESim/Motion搭建整个系统机电液模型并进行仿真分析。仿真与实验结果表明:创建的两级伺服油缸模型能较好地模拟两级伺服油缸的实际工况,同时表明两级伺服油缸可在安装空间受限条件下,实现长行程条件下的精确定位。
A new type of two-stage servo cylinder is designed and each stage cylinder is controlled by a servo valve.The model of the two-stage cylinder is created by the cascade of single-stage cylinder based on AMESim.The hydromechatronic model of attack angle mechanism,which is driven by the two-stage servo cylinder,is established by the co-simulation technology with AMESim and Motion.The simulation and experimental results show that the two-stage servo cylinder can realize accurate positioning under the conditions of limited installation space and long stroke.
