小儿急性上呼吸道感染抗病原微生物药物应用调查

Utilization of Anti-pathogenic Microorganism Medicines Used in Pediatric Patients with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Our Hospital

目的了解医院儿科急性上呼吸道感染患者应用抗病原微生物药物情况,促进儿科用药规范化、合理化。方法抽取医院2013年1-12月儿科归档病历中所有急性上呼吸道感染病历,对其年龄分布、入院前用药、抗病毒药物及联用抗菌药物、抗菌药物种类进行分类汇总。结果共抽取病历123份,患儿以1-3岁居多,入院前用药率为91.87%,抗病毒药物选择以炎琥宁为主,联用抗菌药物比例为96.75%,合理率为40.34%,抗菌药物较多应用的为青霉素类及青霉素＋酶抑制剂类。结论医院儿科急性上呼吸道感染患者抗病毒药物选择应用较为合理,联用抗菌药物仍旧存在一定问题,应加强合理用药宣传,促进临床用药规范化管理。

Objective Objective It investigates the use of the Anti-pathogenic Microorganism Medicines Used in pediatric patients with upper respiratory tract infection so as to stimulate the standardization and rationalization of the use of medicines in pediatrics. Methods The case histories of pediatric patients with upper respiratory tract infections from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2013 in our hospital were randomly selected and the age distribution,use drug by oneself,drug combination,and the kinds of antibacterial drugs were aggregated,and sorted. Results The 123 medical records were selected. It tends to happen in children of 1 ~ 3 years old,and the rate of use drug by oneself was 91. 87%,the main choice of antiviral drug was yanhuning,the rate of combination application of antimicrobial agents was 96. 75%,only 40. 34% treatment of illness to achieve rational drug use. The main choice of antibacterial drugs were penicillin and penicillin ＋ enzyme inhibitors. Conclusion The use of antiviral drug in pediatric inpatients with upper respiratory tract infection is rational in our hospital,but many problems in antimicrobial usage existed. It is important to give publicity to safe use drug information and strengthen standardized administration.
