重视伯尔尼髋臼周围截骨术的程序化与精细化 被引量：6

摘要 自从1988年伯尔尼大学Ganz等报告应用伯尔尼髋臼周围截骨术治疗成人髋关节发育不良以来，该术式得到广泛认可与应用。髋臼周围截骨术能够有效改善髋臼覆盖、增加负重关节面，使髋关节旋转中心内移、减小髋关节负重面软骨应力，从而达到预防和推迟骨关节炎发生的目的。
