我国大学教育国际化发展路径研究

Research on the Internationalization of China′s College Education

国际化是当今世界高等教育改革与发展的基本趋势之一,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,都将推进高等教育国际化作为提升本国高等教育水平和影响力的重要手段。对大学来说,国际化是培养高素质拔尖创新人才的重要支撑,是迈向国内外知名高水平大学的重要途径。实现大学国际化发展,国际化的师资队伍、学生国际交流、构建国际化课程体系、合作办学等是关键要素。

During debating and discussion for establishment and development of the ＂Modern Vocational Education System＂, many concepts and terminologies have been used without unified and clear definitions, which has caused confusions and misunderstanding among people and medias, resulting in low efficiency of discussion and having negative influence on the reform process of higher education in China. This paper tries to clarify those concepts and terminologies for improvement of debating quality. The author welcomes criticism for further discussion. Internationalization is one of the basic trends of higher education reform and development in the world today, both developed and developing countries take the promotion of the higher educationrs internationalization as a important means to promote the level and influence of domestic higher education. For universities, the internationalization is the important support to cultivate top creative talents of high quality, and it is also the important way to be listed as well-known high-level universities at home and abroad. The key elements for the realization of universities＇ internationalization are international faculty, students international exchange, the construction of internationalization course systems, and cooperation in running schools.
