摘要
工程创新是创新活动的主阵地,工程人才则是工程创新的主力军。为了了解当代工科大学生的工程素质状况,探索培养未来卓越工程师工程素质的有效途径,我们尝试从工程知识、工程能力和工程精神三个维度设计了40多个调查指标,对工科大学生的工程素质进行了较为全面的问卷调查和深入分析,并与泰安公众理解工程调查结果进行了初步比较。
Although practical teaching is paid more attention in technical training institutions,the learners' professional practice abilities have yet to be improved. By using qualitative research method, the interview data of 21 Learners in IT technical training institutions are analyzed. The research result shows that the lack of situationality and tacit knowledge in practical teaching and the shortage of domain knowledge in theory teaching have effects on learners' professional practice abilities, and tacit knowledge is the most important influencing factor among them. The shortage of tacit and domain knowledge has the same effect on learners with different subjects, and situationality just has signifi- cant impact on some specialties which lean on situation greatly.Engineering construction is the key part of economic construction, engineering talents are the main force of engineering innovation. In order to investigate the status of the contemporary engineer- ing major students' engineering quality and find an effective way to cultivate the future excellent engineers' engineering quality, the paper designs a survey with 46 indexes from three dimensions which are engineering knowledge, engineering capabilities and engineering spirit. It makes a comprehensive questionnaire survey and in-depth analysis of engineering major students' engineering quality, and conducts a preliminary comparison with investigation result of Tai'an public understanding of engineering.
