摘要
浙江模具制造业转型与发展非常迅速,模具企业每年高技能人才缺口在1.4万人左右,高技能人才短缺的瓶颈制约了浙江模具企业乃至制造业的转型与发展。本文通过对浙江14所高职院校模具专业建设与高技能人才匹配度进行调研与分析,提出浙江高职院校模具专业高技能人才培养与企业需求及要求存在较大差距,主要表现为:人才数量的匹配度、人才质量的匹配度、人才规格的匹配度和人才结构的匹配度与企业不相适应。同时,指出浙江高职模具专业建设与高技能人才相匹配的实现路径,即扩大高职模具专业招生规模,满足模具企业人才数量需求;加强高职模具专业基础建设,提高模具人才培养质量;明确专业定位与人才培养规格,提高人才培养的匹配度。
Zhejiang's mould industry undergoes rapid transformation and development and mould enterprises fall short of about 14,000 high-skilled talents each year, the shortage of high-skilled talents restricts the transformation and development of mold enterprises and manufacturing in the province. Through research and analysis of the matching degree of mould specialty construction of 14 vocational schools and high-skilled talents demand of mould enterprises in Zhejiang, this article puts forward that there is a big gap between vocational schools' high-skilled talents cultivation and enterprises' needs and requirements of them, i.e. talent quantity, quality, specification and structure don't match the requirements of the enterprises. At the same time, this paper indicates how to realize a higher matching degree of Zhejiang's mould specialty construetionand high-skilled talents demand, that is, expand the scale of mould majors' enrollment, meet enterprisesr quantity demand for talents, strengthen the basic construction of higher vocational schools' mold specialty, improve the quality of mould talents, clear specialty orientation and talent cultivation specifications, and improve the matching degree of talent cultivation.
