高职院校教师发展中心的运行机制与功能结构研究 被引量:28

Research on Operation Mechanism and Functional Structure of Teachers Development Center in Higher Vocational Schools

摘要 高职教育随着高等教育的扩张迅速发展,但是高职教师发展却一直未受应有的重视。为促进高职教师发展,需借鉴国内外大学教师发展中心的经验,建立以高职学校为本的教师发展中心。此类中心的建设在运作机制方面主要包括以"双师"结构建设为基础建立区域合作的管理机制、设立专项经费,在服务内容方面包括平衡专业知识结构中的冲突、重视教师的心理调适、促进合作交流以及建立广泛的服务网络等。 Higher vocational education developed rapidly with the expansion of higher education, however, the development of higher vocational teachers has not been paid enough attention they deserve. To promote the development of the higher vocational teachers, we should learn from the experience of teacher development centers in domestic and foreign universities and set up teacher development centers based on higher vocational schools. Operating mechanisms of the construction of such centers are mainly to establish management mechanism for regional cooperation on the basis of the cultivation of "theory and practice integrated' teachers, and to establish special funds. Service contents of that are to balance the conflict in professional knowledge structure, to attach great importance to teachers' psychological adjustment, to promote cooperation and communication, and to establish extensive service network, etc.
