摘要
目的:探讨腹膜透析(PD)患者残障接受度及其影响因素,为制定相应的护理干预提供依据。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,调查60例PD患者。采用一般资料调查表、残障接受度量表分别调查PD患者的一般情况、残障接受度,并对影响PD患者残障接受度总分的因素作多元线性逐步回归分析。结果:PD患者的残障接受度得分为183.01±10.45,处于中等接受水平。结论:性别、家庭收入、并发症是PD患者残障接受度的影响因素。
Objective： Discussion on the disabilities acceptability ofperitoneal dialysis patients and its influence factors. To provide basis for the formulation of corresponding nursing intervention. Methods：Select 60 peritoneal dialysis cases by random sampling ,FromThe general information questionnaire and the Quantization table of disabilities acceptability to investigation on the general condition of the patient, or the disabilities acceptability,also the Influence of peritoneal dialysis patients disabilities acceptability factor score for multiple linear stepwise regression analysisof the influencing factors. Results：the scores of peritoneal dialysis patients＇s disabilities acceptability is 183. 01 ± 10. 45, In moderately acceptable level. Conclusion： The Gender, family income and complication is the influencing factors to peritoneal dialysis patients′s disabilities acceptability.
