热疗增强盐酸吉西他滨对人胰腺癌细胞株SW1990增殖抑制作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 胰腺癌是一种恶性程度高,预后极差的肿瘤,手术切除率低,术后容易复发和转移,并且对放、化疗不敏感。以吉西他滨为基础的化疗在胰腺癌治疗中占有重要的地位,但其远期疗效较差,如何提高化疗的疗效是目前困扰临床的一个难题。近年来,高热作为一种新的治癌方法引起医学界的关注和重视,尤其是热疗与化疗联合应用取得了意想不到的效果,表明热疗可以提高某些化疗药物的敏感性[1-2]。本研究旨在探讨热疗对化疗药盐酸吉西他滨增敏的规律及机制,从而为临床治疗提供实验依据。
