经前路减压cage植骨融合联合钛板内固定治疗伴后纵韧带骨化的连续型多节段颈椎病 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨分析经前路减压cage植骨融合联合钛板内固定治疗伴后纵韧带骨化的连续型多节段颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对24例伴后纵韧带骨化的连续型多节段颈椎病采取显微镜辅助下经颈前路进行椎间盘摘除、高速微型磨钻磨薄增生骨赘及枪式咬骨钳去除增生骨赘,并进行椎间cage植骨融合。结果 24例获得平均18.3个月随访,术后脊髓功能均有不同程度的恢复,四肢肌力明显增强,用筷进食准确性及行走稳定性明显提高;按JOA评定标准:优12例,良8例,好转4例。结论颈前路椎间盘摘除、磨骨咬骨联合cage椎间置入钛板内固定治疗伴后纵韧带骨化的连续型多节段颈椎病,既充分减压,又较好维持椎体稳定性,是目前治疗伴后纵韧带骨化的多节段颈椎病的有效方法之一。
