关节镜下手术治疗肩袖慢性钙化性肌腱炎 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下手术治疗肩袖慢性钙化性肌腱炎的指征、方法和疗效。方法对57例有症状的肩袖钙化性肌腱炎进行治疗，其中15例行非手术治疗6个月效果欠佳，采用关节镜下手术清除病灶的方法治疗。结果15例获得随访8～24个月。15例术后VAS评分（1．0±0．5）分，术后Constant—Murley评分（92．2±4．3）分，两者与术前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。肩关节活动度恢复良好。结论钙化灶出现于肩峰下或病灶巨大时宜行手术治疗，关节镜下清除钙化灶治疗肩袖慢性钙化性肌腱炎安全有效。
