摘要
目的:建立高温高湿条件下猪脊髓火器伤模型,观察受伤节段脊髓的病理变化。方法:选用6头南方实验用猪构建高温高湿条件下胸腰段脊髓高能火器伤模型,伤时及6 h后取脊髓组织观察其病理形态学改变。结果:大体观察符合高能量火器伤损伤特点,伤后镜下均可见脊髓硬脊膜血管扩张,硬膜下淤血明显,灰质中神经元细胞变性等改变,6 h后神经元消失溶解,灰质神经元尼氏体大量发生崩解。结论:采用适龄猪建立高温高湿环境下脊髓火器伤模型,造模稳定,重复性较好。
Objective:To establish the firearm injury model in the environment of high temperature and humidity and to study the pathological changes of the spinal cord after injury. Methods:Six healthy porcine were subjected to SCI models with high-energy gunshot in spinal cord of breast and lumbar section. The pathological changes of spinal cord were observed under optical microscopy (OM) immediately and six hours after surgery. Results:The general pathological changes were in agreement with high-energy ignition injury damage characteristics. Under OM, the blood vessels of spinal dura mater were dilated; subdural blood congestion were obvious, and neuronal cells in grey matter were degenerated, disappeared and dissolved;gray Nissl body mass were collpsed. Conclusion:The model was established with good stability and reproducibility.
