放射治疗所致神经系统损伤 被引量:7

摘要 放射治疗是肿瘤患者重要治疗手段之一,在损伤肿瘤细胞的同时可损伤正常组织,引起各种并发症,其中神经系统损伤(如:放射性脑坏死、神经认知功能障碍、颅神经及其他周围神经损伤、继发肿瘤、脑血管意外等)最为常见,严重影响患者生活质量,本文结合目前国内外最新研究进展,就放射治疗所致神经系统损伤做一综述。
