T型掌指骨钢板联合克氏针固定治疗Rolando骨折

T-shape volar plate combined with Kirschner wire fixation for treatment of Rolando fractures

目的 探讨使用T型掌指骨钢板联合克氏针固定治疗Rolando骨折的手术方法与治疗效果.方法 使用斜T型或直T型掌指骨钢板及联合克氏针固定治疗Rolando骨折患者11例,术后随访参照手指关节总活动度（TAM）评定法评价掌指关节活动功能.结果 术后患者掌指关节活动功能良好,克氏针针孔未并发感染,X线片复查显示所有患者骨折达到或者接近解剖复位,骨折愈合时间6～ 12周,平均6.4周.讨论 使用斜T型或直T型掌指骨钢板及联合克氏针固定治疗Rolando骨折,关节面复位良好,骨折固定有效,牢靠,是治疗Rolando骨折的有效方法.

Objective To investigate the surgical techniques and clinical outcomes of using T-shape volar plate combined with Kirschner wire fixation for treatment of Rolando fractures.Methods Inclined or straight T-shape volar plate was used in conjunction with Kirschner wires to treat Rolando fractures in 11 patients.Postoperatively movement of the metacarpophalangeal joint was evaluated using the total active range of motion of the finger joints.Results Postoperative movement of the metacarpophalangeal joint was good.There was no needle track infection.X rays showed that anatomical reduction or near anatomical reduction was achieved in all the patients.Fracture healing time ranged from 6 to 12 weeks,with an average of 6.4 weeks.Conclusion Combination of inclined or straight T-shape volar plate and Kirschner wire fixation is an effective method for treatment of Rolando fractures.It achieves proper articular surface reduction and effective,reliable bone fixation.
