摘要
以适应山东省交通运输服务社会发展需求为基础,主要选取公路运输服务社会公共满意度作为研究对象,构建并改进了山东省公路交通服务社会满意度测评(HCSI)模型,对结果进行了四分图分析和结构方程模型分析,最后进行社会满意度评价系统的设计开发。
Based on Shandong province transportation service to the society development demand,this article mainly selected the road transport service to public satisfaction as the research object,build and improved community satisfaction survey model（ HCSI） of Shandong province road transportation service. Based on the results,a quarter of chart analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were carried out. Finally, designed and developed the social satisfaction evaluation system.
