摘要 胰岛素是由胰岛β细胞分泌的,具有调节血糖浓度、促进合成代谢、调节细胞分化和生长发育的一种激素。胰岛素或者胰岛β细胞的绝对或相对不足,将导致糖尿病的发生。胰岛β细胞发育过程中有许多转录因子的参与,它们在胚胎β细胞的分化、发育、成熟以及正常功能维持等方面发挥了重要的作用。因此,探讨这些转录因子在胰岛β细胞发育中所起的作用对糖尿病的发病机制和治疗具有重要的意义。 Insulin is a hormone produced by islet β cells, which plays an important role in regulating cell division, cell differentiation, cell growth and regulating blood glucose levels. Decreased insulin and islet β cell dysfunction are vital fundamental characteristics of diabetes. There are many transcription factors involved in the development and maintaining of islet β ceils. This review focuses on the transcription factors about β cell development.
