经桡动脉导管消融去肾交感神经术治疗顽固性高血压一例

摘要 患者男,43岁,以＂反复头晕12年＂入院。12年前因反复头晕发现血压显著升高,同时使用四种足量降压药物也难以控制。既往高脂血症4年,吸烟史20年,无早发心血管病家族史。入院查体：上肢血压170/120 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）,其余无阳性体征。实验室检查：尿常规示蛋白（-）,红细胞（-）;尿微量白蛋白227.6 mg/L;血清肌酸酐90.3μmol/L,
