摘要
鉴于目前国内自膨胀封隔器仅用于分层堵水和辅助固井、完井等低压作业的现状,针对裸眼水平井分段压裂工艺开发了φ144 mm遇水自膨胀封隔器,用于替代常规封隔工具进行裸眼段的环空封隔作业。介绍了该种封隔器的结构特点和主要技术参数,分析了其应用于裸眼分段压裂的关键技术,并进行了室内试验验证。2012年6月开始在中石化华北分公司红河油田对φ144 mm遇水自膨胀封隔器进行现场试验,共进行了6井次的裸眼水平井分段压裂施工,单井最多下入遇水自膨胀封隔器7套,最高施工压力64 MPa。对2口重点井的施工过程进行了详细介绍和分析。试验结果表明,φ144 mm遇水自膨胀封隔器能满足裸眼水平井分段压裂施工要求,下入安全,可实现油井的有效封隔。
In view that the current domestic self-swellable packer are only applied in low pressure operations like separate-layer water plugging and cementing, and as an alternative for the conventional packer to isolate the openhole annulus, the 0144 mm water swelIable packer is developed for openhole horizontal well multistage fractu- ring. The structural features and the main technical parameters of the packer are described. The key technologies of the water swellable packer applied in the openhole hydraulic fracturing are analyzed. Then, the experimental tests are introduced. Field tests have been conducted in June 2012 in Honghe oil field of Sinopec Huabei Company. In the openhole horizontal well multistage fracturing in six wells, the maximum number of the water swellable packer set in single well is 7, and the maximum operation pressure reaches 64 MPa. The details and analysis of the two key wells operation are provided. The results show that, φ144 mm water swellable packer could meet openhole horizon- tal well multistage fracturing requirements with safe deployment and effective isolation.
