摘要
鉴于传统修井设备存在环境污染大,功率利用率低,维护和保养费用高等诸多问题,研制了TJ12/70B型双动力轮式通井机。该轮式通井机采用双动力技术,利用油田电网驱动高压调速电动机驱动绞车实现通井机修井作业,当电网断电或高压电机发生故障及特大载荷时,可以安全切换到柴油机驱动绞车进行修井作业,实现了高压调速电动机和柴油发动机双驱动的型式。开关磁阻电控系统与主机一体化安装,有利于控制作业成本、降低噪声及提高作业的可靠性。试验及现场应用结果表明,该轮式通井机电网驱动作业工况比柴油机驱动工况年碳排放减少984.68 t,距离主机中心20 m处噪声降低15 d B,与同级别交流变频修井机相比,作业速度快20%左右。
To address the traditional workover equipment issues like environmental pollution, low power utili- zation and high maintenance and repair costs, the TJ12/70B-type dual power wheeled tractor hoist is devel- oped. The wheeled tractor hoist adopts dual power technology. With the electrified wire netting, the tractor hoist could operate by the winch driven by the high-voltage adjustable-speed motor. When the power supply is off or the high voltage electrical motor malfunctions, the winch can be driven by the diesel. Thus, the dual power models are achieved by the high-voltage adjustable-speed motor and diesel engine. The switch reluctance electric control system is integrated with the host, which could help control operating costs, reduce noise and improve the operation relia- bility. Tests and field applications results show that, compared with the diesel driven, the wheeled tractor hoist powered by the electricity could reduce 984.68 t carbon emissions per year and reduce noise by 15 dB 20 m from the host center. Meanwhile, the operation speed could increase about 20% when compared with the same level AC variable workover rig.
