摘要
以微型摆式内燃机中心摆为研究对象,在热力学分析的基础上进行热-结构耦合分析,得到中心摆在气体压力和受热变形双重作用下的等效应力。分析结果表明:中心摆的最高温度为1576℃,最大机械应力为82.2MPa,最大等效应力为746MPa。分析结果的梯度变化反映了中心摆在整个工作过程中的温度场和等效应力场的变化规律,对深入了解微型摆式内燃机的热负荷提供了理论依据和数据支持。
Taking the central pendulum as researching object, thermal-structure coupled analysis of a micro-free piston swing engine (MFPSE) was conducted based on thermodynamic analysis and its equivalent stress under gas pressure and thermal load was obtained. Results show that central pendulum max. tempera- ture is 1576℃, max. mechanical stress 82.2 MPa, and max. equivalent stress 746 MPa. Analysis results re- veal temperature field and equivalent stress field variations in whole working process. This research benefits further understanding theoretically thermal load of the MFPSE and provides data support for it.
