社康中心医务人员手卫生现状调查及干预效果的研究

Survey on the current situation of hand hygiene of medical staff in community health service centers and study on the intervention effectiveness

目的了解社康中心医务人员的手卫生执行现状,评价综合干预措施的效果。方法采取培训与教育、监督与管理和完善洗手设施等干预措施,比较医务人员手卫生干预前后各项指标的差异。结果被调查的420人平均手卫生依从率由35.1%提高到61.2%,手卫生正确执行率由34.5%提高到72.22%,手部样品合格率由87.9%提高到97.3%,三项指标干预前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采取综合干预措施能有效提高社康中心医务人员手卫生依从性,但干预措施需要坚持长期执行并不断完善。

Objective To investigate the current status of hand hygiene of medical professionals from community healthy service centers （CHSCs）, and to evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive intervention measures. Methods We compared the dif- ferences of hand hygienic indexes of the medical professionals before and after the interventions which included training, educa- tion, supervision, management and the increase of hand- washing facilities. Results Four hundred and twenty medical pro- fessionals were involved in the study. After one month intervention, the average hand hygiene compliance rate increased from 35.1% to 61.2%, the correct practice rate of hand hygiene increased from 34.5% to 72.22%, and the qualified rate of hand hygiene increased from 87.9 % to 97.3 %. There were statistically significant differences in the above- mentioned 3 indexes be- fore and after the intervention （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Adopting comprehensive intervention measure_s can effectively im- prove the hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff in CHSCs, but it still needs a long term execution and constant improve ment.
